BOUDOIR PRE-SHOOT DO'S AND DON'TS

DO'S

  • Do arrive on time, you don't want to have to rush around and lose time on the actual shoot. This is a time to relax and enjoy the day.
  • Do take time to pamper yourself before the shoot, this is a time to relax and enjoy the day
  • Do know that if you aren’t sure which outfits you love most, bring a bunch and we can decide when you arrive
  • Do get shaved/waxed at least a day before the shoot to let any irritation subside
  • Do drink plenty of water a couple of days before the shoot, hydrated skins looks smoother and softer
  • Do book something to do after the shoot, (Shopping or lunch with friends) you will be feeling super confident and looking totally amazing, so make the most of it.... this is your day to show off.
  • Do schedule a Mani/Pedi before the shoot, French tips, light pink or nude polish works best (no distracting or bright colors)
  • Do create a Pintrest list of your ideas and thoughts for us to go through together.

    • DON'TS

  • Don’t show up in form fitting clothes, wear loose attire for at least 2 hrs before the shoot (this includes Bras) . You don't want unsightly lines across your skin.
  • Don't forget SHOES - make sure they are new or very clean. The higher the heel the longer your legs look
  • Don’t drink alcohol before the shoot (especially if you know it causes your skin to flush) not even make-up will help that.
  • Don’t have a heavy meal right before your session. You will be bending and posturing in ways not normal (to you) and a full tummy will make it difficult and uncomfortable.
  • Don't forget to bring accessories like stockings, jewelry etc. even a sweater can look fantastic in the right setting
  • Avoid granny panties at all costs!!! Even if they are super comfortable
  • Don't bring a "+1" like Hubby, Granny, Pets, Baby, or anyone else that may need attention and disrupt your focus. (Besties are okay and welcomed)
